ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically review our inventory and/or reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within one to two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the
e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@JustTheDinks.com

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@JustTheDinks.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PADDLE TRIAL:

Just the Dinks wants you to love your new pickleball paddle and be 100% happy with it and we're not dinking around! Give it a spin, try it out, practice those dinks. If it's not exactly what you are looking for, we are happy to accept your return within 30 days of purchase, pending the stipulations below.  The 30 day refund return policy means you have 30 days after receiving your purchased item to process a return. 

To be eligible for a full refund less shipping charge within 30-days of your purchase, your item must be in the same condition you received it, not damaged, not modified, and returned with all of its original packaging. The original packaging cannot include tape, labels or other materials used to reinforce the packaging.  The items must still be in new condition.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be submitted with your return. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. If it is deemed the product is not returnable due to damage or wear, the purchaser must pay for shipping in order to have product sent back.

SHOES:

Shoes may be returned on condition they are in clean, like new state. Shoes may be tried on in a clean, indoor environment to assess for fit, sizing and comfort level. Shoes cannot be worn outdoors or in actual play as this can cause discoloration, scuffs, wear and embedded dirt.

Shoes which have been worn cannot be returned unless they fall under the manufacturer warranty policy.

When returning shoes, they must be accompanied by original manufacturer packing tissue and tags  They must also be returned in original manufacturer box. Additionally, the shoe box must be free of tape, labels or other items which can alter or damage the box. 

Items deemed returnable may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and must be shipped to Just The Dinks at the address below  

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

APPAREL:

Apparel may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund pending the below conditions are met. Apparel must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. 

Apparel being returned must be in new condition. The original manufacturer's apparel bag, tags and packaging must be included. Original packaging and manufacturer's box/bag must not contain additional tape, labels or other items items which cause defect or damage to the box. 

PAIN CREAM

Pain creams are non-refundable.

LARGER ITEMS

For larger items purchased (i.e. pickleball machines, ball carts, posts, nets) please email us at Returns@JustTheDinks.com as a restocking fee may apply or there may be special shipping instructions needed. 

For pickleball machines, a 30-day return starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends on the 30th day following receipt of the product. Your return shipment must be received by the 30th day in order to be eligible. Returns that do not have the RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

Just The Dinks Pickleball cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. We recommend adding tracking and insurance when returning a product. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once return is received, a refund of the product price will go back to card used at time of purchase, minus a 5% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 21 business days of receiving your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@JustTheDinks.com with any questions.  We may ask for a picture of the item(s) to be sent to us via email prior to taking the next steps in the return process.  Due to the cost of shipping, the buyer will be responsible for payment on all return shipments and we recommend shipping with traceable tracking method via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received, inspected and processed prior to refund being issued. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
